From the desk at Chelsea Massage: Ideas come from quieten our thoughts and allowing our mind to be still.  Start to dream your dreams and place them in your journal. I found my old journal was a part I wrote 20 years ago about flying overseas and last year I achieve that dream so it is similar to having vision board  and seeing those desires coming true. Taking photos and now my husband has found he likes photography and took a beautiful picture at night of the Sydney Habour Bridge. One of the most interesting thing to watch is when dad comes home from work.

When baby has been home all day with mum and you have been away all day they hear you stop the car outside and hear the door open they are waiting for you to come around the corner to hear you say their name (often pet name only dad says) and the smile just for you. It is a feeling and a look that is never forgotten.

Play time 15- 30 minute with Dad and while mum catches her breath and gets dinner started in this time. Bath time for baby with Dad, dinner with mum if baby is little and of to bed again.

As always for the first 6 -12 month is all new and routine is different every day, in every way and easier to go with the flow all baby are very individuals.
Now when Dad has baby for a time the baby will be waiting for mum to stop the car, open the door and come in the door and say hello and be excited to see you be excited to see them. Every expression you have in an indication to your little one, if this a nice feeling and checking for all things around them,they are little scanners ,watch when your out in public to what your baby is looking at. When I been out and see a baby sitting up watching everything that is going on, if you look at them and smile, babies naturally will smile back at you.

Babies grow and started to become heavy and you both want to keep playing and you can feel your neck is getting tight from doing all the swinging around, putting down in the cot and lifting them out, it also comes from put them in the car, half bending over and twisting around.

Remedial massage is fantastic way to keep tight muscles from cramping and giving you sharp pain, many think the (spine is out) when in fact the muscles need the knots released. The longer you leave self care Massage the longer it takes you to loosen the muscles off.  TV talks about the pain tablets sound good in theory and they last for 4 hours IF THEY WORK what are you going to do with the other 20 hours of pain. We forget to take care of ourselves and at our most stressed time is when tension builds up, somehow we handle it. Then the stress is off and this is often you fall in a heap. We are like a car and mileage dos count in how long we live with ease and wellness.

On the Edge of Success

Are you feel a little like this?
Moving out into new unknown areas but don’t know if it is safe or will you fall?
Often what happens is we are trusting with knowing where we are going hoping it will all turn out OK.

There are mentors that can show you the way business situations, there are others that look after your accounts called accountant, a lawyer all essential in business then there is the one that guides you when you’re stepping into new areas, unknown positive thoughts and outcomes dreams through your mind of future success. There may be an issue that had negative thought creep in and have you feel uncomfortable, a fear, experience from another time, remember what happened when this happened and that went like this.

What happens when we have new and up level business and personal life we can and do without any knowledge, unconsciously sabotage ourselves and yourself without realizing it and make it look like “it was not meant to be like that” “poor choice” “I’m was not ready” “Not Enough Money” “too hard “ “I don’t know what to do?” “It is her fault” “ He/she would not let me” these can go on and on about why it did not happen.

Awful feeling!

The bottom line is you sabotaged yourself and now you blame it on everything
else outside of you
and everyone else. That’s the hard truth.
Only when you say the buck stops with me.
I am responsible & I can win!

Building and growing your Business is all about the doing all the business, paperwork, on the computer, meetings and working with other people. Up till now business managed very well with only doing what they have done and get the results they have all these years. Times have changed and some don’t know what has happened to their business why it not got the people coming in.

What I do know from many years in massage and coaching is that we are more comfortable with chaos than success that why we sabotage our Success. As some of you know I have had a Mentor for the last 12 months to really shift old mind sets, I did not know I had, behaviors and fears, like a blind spot in the car ( when you hit that spot you found your resistances), that keep us not living what we want, playing small and the list go on an on.

The beauty in what I found was an level of supporting women and mums to live their best life as I am living my best life, doing what I love, enjoying what I like, sometime even having my sabotage, what found was we are pushed by all the advertising to think we have to do because you will not fit in. Guest what, ask your friends, family and complete strangers “Do you fit in?” Nobody fits in truely, that why everybody does that the advertises say and we all buy stuff we don’t want and still feel unhappy. This why?

      The  7 ways to keep cool

1. If your dizzy your not been drinking enough water, slow amount at one time

2. Wet your hair is a way to cool your head down

3. Pregnant women with hot or swollen, place your feet in cool water feels lovely rest is best

4.  Wet a sheet or light fabrics scarf with water will cool your neck.

5. Sit in the shade

6. Go indoors to where air conditioning is

7. Take jumpers and hats off to cool down easier

eat well, be contended and let your mind stays relaxed

7. Many think exhaustion, extreme exercise, work long hours, not resting, eat
what they want or not have a balanced pattern will not affect baby or you.

Better to be safe and have choice.
