To secure an appointment, we encourage that you call us 1-2 weeks ahead of time .

On The Day Of Your Appointment:

Please come to the clinic 5 minutes before your scheduled service time. Please SWITCH OFF mobile phone before entering. As courtesy to the other clients, we discourage playing with phones while inside the premises of Chelsea Massage. You may read a magazine, or if necessary, fill out a consultation sheet while waiting.

Cancellation or Rescheduling of Appointments:

Please call at least 12 hours ahead of time if you must cancel or rescheduling your appointment. Full massage fee will be charged if you fail to show up for the scheduled appointment or cancel with less than 12 hours notice.
